I believe that literature and bookmaking is the most important aspect that the Muslims brought to the modern world. First, Muslim learned to make art on paper that Chinese created . They soon started creating bound books , bookmaking became the encourage growth of Muslim literature. Also, craftspeople turned bookmaking into art . They illuminated the bindings and paged with designs in gold as well as with miniature paintings. Last, in Baghdad , Muslim made over 100 bookshops . They made copies of Qur'an and sold many of them . Arabs wrote poems , stories , events , traditions.
Romans, Persians, and Greeks influenced the Muslims because they brought ideas from medicine and science that Muslims learned more about and either added more on to it or proved it wrong.
Pope Urban II influenced the Crusades because he started them when he gave a speech asking his followers to go help their Christian brothers and fight in the Crusades. He told them that if they fought, all their sins would be forgiven and they would get a free pass to Heaven.
Richard led the Christians in the 3rd Crusade. Even though he didn't win, there was an agreement reached that the Christians could still visit the Holy Land.
